- Process: Contact our customer service within the 30-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Beyond 30 Days: For items received more than 30 days ago, any request for a return, exchange, or remedy is subject to a case-by-case review and requires mutual agreement between the buyer and seller.
7.2 International Trade & Cross-Border Returns (Applicable for International Orders)
- Costs: For international orders, the buyer is initially responsible for the cost of shipping the return to our designated international returns center. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. For returns due to our verified error, we may refund reasonable return shipping costs at our discretion.
- Customs & Duties: Any import duties, taxes, or fees for the return shipment are the buyer’s responsibility. For exchanges, new duties/taxes for the replacement item will apply according to the destination country’s laws.
