Question found – variety needs in one aviary
Some days ago, in the online chat system, we found a obvious annoyance with choose zoo mesh specification, customer say “Hi there I am looking for a stainless steel rope cable mesh. It needs to be 2mm thick and no gaps wider than 20mm. ” In our zoo mesh system, the 20mm hole size only match 3/64″ thickness wire cable. And then customer say” I am not sure that would be thick enough, we need to ensure our macaw could not break the cables. also the holes have to be small enough to keep our smaller birds in.”
Do you found this question: In one aviary, there have some very small birds, need use zoo mesh HM1220(4/5″ hole size) and have large Macaw, need more stronger mesh, such as zoo mesh HM2050(2″ hole size)? The small hole size hand-woven mesh very suited for the small birds, but it can’t suited the Macaw’s collapsing force, how to solve this problem?

Hand-woven mesh for zoo mesh system have more excellent flexibility, so we can consider change the installation angle to solve this question, please see the image:
In the image, part A is regular installation, this need after install, the holes included angle is 90 angle, can only be suited the ordered fence panle size. Part B, when installation, don’t stretch to 90 angle, smaller. Part C, stretch smaller and smaller. See the red line in the image, this show the Maxi visible size in the hand- woven zoo mesh specification. Same specification, through change the installation method, you can get your need hole size with stronger specification mesh.
Cost analyze for this customized zoo mesh hole size
Beacuse strecth not enough, this haven’t effect the mesh quality, but effect you ordered sheet size, so we say this is customized hole size. After I calculater the cost, Magical is, the cost is lower than regular smaller hole specification, please see the below image:
